Sunserver Networks has been providing reliable and quality web hosting since 1995.

We currently host hundreds of business accounts on both Unix and Microsoft servers. Sunserver Networks has redundant
point-to-point T1 connections to the internet and has, over the last three years, enjoyed an up-time of 99.998%.

We have both generator and battery backups and can run for up to 400 hours unattended. We keep spares kits; including power supplies, drives and fans on site. So in the unlikely event of a server outage the failed machine can be back online quickly.

Our NT servers are backed up to a Sony DDS-3 DAT Autoloader system with nightly differential backup and weekly full backups. One backup set is stored off-site and the off-site tapes are rotated weekly. Our Linux and other Unix servers are backed up on the same schedule as the NT servers using Amanda and DDS-3 Tapes.

We offer cheerful, friendly tech support 24x7 (well maybe at 3 am it might not be THAT cheerful) and our customers are provided with several methods of contact for the duty engineer.
